Review the present landscape schedule, make recommendations for improvements, make recommendations for maintenance, etc. Review all repair, new install, and maintenance approvals by the board for quality control.

Social & Recreational Committee
Social and Member Engagement - Make recommendations for and seek approval for expenditures for social programs, seasonal events, and any other board-approved event. Coordinate volunteers and manage board-approved events.

Recreation and Common Areas - Buildings, courts, pools, and grounds - Review all repair and maintenance approvals by the board, make recommendations to the board for improvements, etc. advise on repairs.
